You can wait in a yellow box junction if you want to turn right and are stopped from doing so by oncoming traffic, or by other vehicles waiting to turn right.

Can you enter the yellow box junction when turning left and you cannot see if the road fully clear due to buildings blocking your view.

With the revised Highway Code giving priority to pedestrians, once the intended junction exit road has a vehicular gap at a yellow criss cross junction, what can the hapless driver do on the yellow box junction if pedestrians keep crossing to other sides? More traffic obstructions especially on turning right. Imagine that Oxford Road. Bring back the traffic police officers!

Looking for guidance when turning right at light controlled crossroads. If there are pedestrians waiting to cross the road you intend to turn into. Do you treat this like a box junction ie if the light turns green you wait at the stop line as your exit road is not clear due to the pedestrians waiting to cross.
